Andrew Harman
Andrew co-founded Strive Capital. He is a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist who founded and built technology services business, Annodata. Providing a broad portfolio of Print and ICT Managed Services to over 3,000 customers across the UK and abroad, Annodata’s revenues grew to over £90m with double-digit profit margins. In 2016, Annodata was recognised by ‘The Sunday Times BDO Profit Track’ as one of the UK’s most profitable companies. As CEO, Andrew drove Annodata’s business strategy and went on to become one of the UK’s top independent providers of Managed Services, aggregating over 20 company acquisitions and with 13 offices nationwide. After leading the company for 27 years Andrew sold the business to Kyocera Corporation, a global organisation with revenues of approximately $20bn.
Joe Kelly
Joe co-founded Strive Capital. He has a background in strategic, financial and operational management, having previously been MD and CFO with over 25 years’ experience in technology businesses. He has led a number of significant M&A projects and three trade sales and raised funds for early stage businesses. Joe has expertise in SaaS and ICT Managed Services and played a key role in growing Annodata’s managed services and in overseeing the sale to Kyocera. Prior to founding Strive, Joe worked as interim CFO for a number of SaaS business, raising funds and helping them to scale. Joe is an FCA and trained with PwC.
